Team bouldering September 27th 2008

The new Totonne contest will have as a discipline: bouldering, redpoint and as participants mixed teams of 4 climbers. As a main rule, the team with most tops per team wins.

Ist place will receive a prize of 3000€, IInd place will have a value of 1500€ and IIIrd place 500€

In order to participate to this edition, you will have to create a team of 4 and register online until the 20th of September. At the formation of the teams, the competitors have total freedom of choice, inclusive of mixed teams in terms of nationality, race, sexual orientation or religion.

Rules: The teams are made up of 4 climbers and at least one of them should be a girl respectively a boy. Therefore the teams can be made up of (a) three boys and a girl (b) two boys and two girls or (c) three girls and one boy. There shall be neither differentiations nor categorizations, independent of the way the team has been made up.

    Pool-Bouldering

    The competition shall take place on the verge of a pool (filled with water), which will serve as protection from the falls. All the participants are welcome to participate at the slackline contest.

    The competition system is the one named "on sight" and presumes the first trying in crossing of a route. The route will be crossed in difficulty class (in "top rope") - the competitor will assure the cord on the route.

    Totonne Bouldering Contest event suits both beginners and elite boulderers (categories: Men - experts; Women; Men - beginers). ON SATURDAY EVENING you are welcome to remain after the contest for a funk-rock concert.
